**Requirements**:
- Minimum **3 years of proven success** in real estate sales
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing **5+ active Property Consultants**:
- Must have a **valid UAE driver’s license** and **own vehicle** for client meetings and property viewings
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to consistently **exceed performance targets**:
- Develop and implement strategic **sales plans** to drive revenue and business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **clients, investors, and stakeholders**:
- Deliver regular **training, mentorship**, and **performance evaluations**:
- Stay updated on **market trends**, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
**What We Offer**
