Location: Ajman, UAE

Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our growing team in Ajman. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate professional with a proven background in sales leadership, team development, and strategic business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring a team of five or more active Property Consultants
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities
- Valid UAE driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Mentor and support team members through continuous coaching and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to make informed decisions
- Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, project launches, and networking events
