Broker Sales Manager - Individual Health - DWTC

Job purpose

Main duties and responsibilities

Grow and Manage relationships with the Broker segment.

Achieve KPIs across Sales.

Communicate effectively with the team and management.

Presentations to distributions partners.

Training and development of both internal and external stakeholders.

Provide Regular reporting and information around key metrics.

Actively support all team members and provide resource to enable all goals to be achieved.

Carry out appropriate sales activity standards as directed by their manager.

Adheres to and maintains current understanding of compliance requirements and organizational policies & procedures.

**Experience Required**:
Experience with distribution relationship management.

3 years (plus) sales and health insurance experience is preferred.

**Skills and Qualities**:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.

Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing solutions.

Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workload to meet individual and team targets.

Customer focused with ability to identify and solve problems.

Ability to exercise judgement.

Maintain a positive attitude and good work ethic.

Be flexible and open to change.
