**Sales Head/Operation Manager**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales operations and business development activities in the Abu Dhabi region. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong industry knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives in the Abu Dhabi region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Have to submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to the headquarters regarding the sales activities and execution.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the mechanical or engineering sectors.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
- In-depth understanding of the terms and conditions of ADNOC and related industry practices.
- Driving License is Mandatory.
- Mechanical Background is Preferable.
- Presentable and professionalin appearance and demeanour.
- Must be present in UAE for the interview.
