**Job Summary (Powerful & Clear)**
This is a **senior leadership role** with clear targets, authority, and growth opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **entire sales & admissions department**:
- Develop and execute **monthly & quarterly sales strategies**:
- Set **KPIs, targets, and conversion benchmarks** for the team
- Monitor daily performance: calls, follow-ups, conversions & revenue
- Train, motivate, and discipline the sales / academic counsellor team
- Work closely with **marketing team** to convert organic leads
- Forecast revenue and submit **weekly & monthly performance reports**:
- Handle **high-value leads, corporate clients & key partnerships**:
- Ensure professional sales practices and customer experience
- Drive **business growth across Abu Dhabi & Dubai**
**Required Experience & Skills**
- **Minimum 5-7 years of sales leadership experience**:
- **At least 3 years in education / training institute sales (MANDATORY)**:
- Proven track record of **meeting and exceeding revenue targets**:
- Strong experience in:
- Lead conversion strategies
- Team handling & performance management
- CRM & reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
