**Salary**: AED 12,000 + Top of market commission structure

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead and manage our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, training and mentoring team members, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met.
- Build an open-communication environment for your team.
- Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a leadership role in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Remuneration: We offer a competitive salary package and commission structure, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer health insurance, annual leave, and other benefits in accordance with UAE labour laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
