**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all leasing activities, including property viewings, negotiations, renewals, and lease terminations.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of lease agreements in compliance with UAE tenancy laws and company policies.
- Prepare contracts and notices using Hijri dates as per legal requirements and ensure accuracy in Arabic and English.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the legal team to handle disputes or evictions, ensuring proper legal procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of all lease documentation and payments.
- Monitor rental income, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and competitors’ activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for property listings and promotions.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing status and performance for senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in leasing, preferably within the UAE real estate market.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of UAE tenancy laws, leasing regulations, and Hijri calendar usage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing tenant relations.
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
**Key Skills**:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
