- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
- Screen and evaluate prospective tenants, ensuring they meet the company's leasing criteria and standards.
- Negotiate lease terms, prepare lease agreements, and oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns and needs promptly and professionally.
- Regularly inspect properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet the company's quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze reports on occupancy rates, leasing performance, and other key metrics for management review.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in property leasing, with a track record of meeting and exceeding leasing targets.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a leasing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, rental laws, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing activities simultaneously.
