We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Assistant in our Dubai office. The Logistics Assistant will play a key role in supporting the overall logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Shipment Coordination**: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation, including customs clearance forms and shipping labels.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing and updating inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and address logístical challenges promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to shipping and logistics.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on logistics performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to logistics and shipments.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall logistics efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable.
