**Position Summary**:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the movement of goods and materials in a company’s supply chain. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams. The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
- Communicate with carriers to resolve issues regarding shipments and delays.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the timely replenishment of stock based on demand and inventory levels.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Provide customers with updates on delivery status and resolve any logístical issues.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to delivery and product availability.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement improvements to logistics and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate logistics performance and report findings to management.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations, including transportation laws and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and audit purposes.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare reports on logistics operations, including delivery times, inventory levels, and cost analysis.
- Maintain all necessary documentation for shipments and customs clearance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with international shipping and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move items up to [X] pounds as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Office setting with occasional visits to warehouses or distribution centers.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
