AL FENIQA Logistics L.L.C is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the efficient movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely delivery of shipments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shipment Coordination:Coordinate and schedule shipments, including arranging transportation, preparing shipping documents, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate and collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and customs clearance.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for customs compliance and regulatory requirements.
Address any logistics-related issues or delays and provide solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Inventory Management:Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate replenishment and transfers of goods between locations.
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team to manage returns, rejections, and quality control of products.
- Logistics Data Management:Maintain accurate records and databases of shipments, inventory, and logistics-related information.

Generate reports and provide analysis on logistics metrics, such as transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels.
Utilize logistics software and systems to track and trace shipments, update status information, and generate necessary documentation.
- Customer Service:Act as a point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates on shipment status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues and maintaining effective communication throughout the logistics process.
- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements in logistics operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to optimize logistics operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems for shipment tracking and data management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
