**Job description**

We are searching for a telesales representative with good communication ( ARABIC, Hindi, English) skills who will be in charge of making sales calls. Contacting potential clients, concentrating on customer needs to close sales, and recording customer information are all duties of the Telesales Representative.

Along with strong sales abilities, a good telesales representative should also have excellent communication skills. You should be able to manage every area of a sale and be careful in your record-keeping.

**Tele sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- The business will offer warm leads and phone-based sales initiation with potential clients.
- Keeping the discussion moving by engaging them with inquiries.
- Focusing on the requirements of the customer to increase recurring business.
- Collecting and recording data on customers' payment options, purchases, and product responses.
- Following the trend of all goods and updating clients on new ones.
- Addressing inquiries from customers about the merchandise.
- Achieving sales targets.

**Requirements for Telesales Representatives**
