**We're Hiring: Sales Head - Business Setup Consultant**

Location: Sharjah Office

Employment Type: Full Time & Permanent

**Salary**: To Be Confirmed (Based on Experience)

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in UAE

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of Business Setup Consultants to meet monthly targets
- Provide expert consultations to clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
- Ensure timely follow-ups, deal closures, and excellent client relationship management
- Monitor sales KPIs and pipelines, and report performance to senior management
- Support the team with proposal reviews and client strategy discussions
- Coordinate with the operations and PRO teams for smooth execution of licensing and visa processes
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations
- Keep up to date with UAE company formation trends, pricing, and competition
- Represent the company in key meetings with clients and business partners

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in UAE as a Business Setup Consultant or Sales head
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team
- Strong understanding of UAE Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions
- Basic knowledge of operational flow (visa, documentation, timelines)
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written (additional languages are an advantage)
- Target-driven, organized, and confident in closing deals
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
