Job Overview:

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced and trustworthy Sales Team Leader with a strong background in UAE company formation (Mainland, Free Zones, Offshore). The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of proven experience in the field, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of consultants while ensuring consistent target achievement and high deal conversion. This is a leadership role requiring fluency in English, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of the business setup industry in the UAE. Key

Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals and overseeing performance


• Assist team members in deal structuring, closing strategies, and client engagement


• Provide expert guidance on UAE business setup options, licensing, and visa structuring


• Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Monitor CRM entries, follow-up pipelines, and lead tracking


• Handle key client accounts and close high-value deals directly when required


• Coordinate with operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth post-sale execution


• Maintain a professional, accountable, and performance-driven sales environment Requirements:


• 5+ years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy


• Proven track record in team leadership and sales performance


• Strong understanding of UAE licensing, free zone structures, and visa processing


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing a growing sales division


• Strong closing skills and client relationship management
