**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**: Drive sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability and financial health.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- **Operational Excellence**: Streamline operations and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- **Brand Management**: Enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation in the market.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the digital solutions or technology sector.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
- **Leadership**: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving business objectives.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated success in sales management and business development.
- **Financial Acumen**: Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- **Market Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the Dubai market and business landscape.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
