### *Head of Regulatory Compliance - Legal Compliance**

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

**Salary**: AED 20,000 - 30,000 (flexible up to AED 40,000)

We are seeking a **highly experienced Head of Regulatory Compliance** to lead and oversee our compliance and governance framework in line with UAE financial regulations.

## Key Responsibilities
- Lead the compliance function and ensure full alignment with UAE regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks and compliance best practices.
- Advise senior management on regulatory changes and their business implications.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Drive a culture of compliance across the organization.

## Requirements
- **Minimum 15 years of regulatory compliance experience in the UAE**, ideally within the **financial services sector**.
- In-depth knowledge of **UAE regulations, governance frameworks, and compliance practices**.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be **based in UAE** or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Pay: AED15.00 - AED30.00 per month
