**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Team Leaders & Sales Officers.
- Drive sales for Credit Cards & Personal Loans through direct and indirect channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for acquisition, revenue, and portfolio quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE Central Bank & internal company policies.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the team.
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to maximize business opportunities.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum **5-7 years of experience** in Retail Banking sales (Credit Cards/Personal Loans) in the UAE.
- Proven experience in **team management** and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of **UAE Central Bank guidelines** on retail banking products.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
