**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a skilled and motivated **Team Leader** to manage a team of sales executives focused on **credit card** and **personal finance** products in **Abu Dhabi**. If you have strong leadership abilities and a proven background in financial product sales, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the **UAE banking sector**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of Sales Executives in selling **credit cards** and **personal loans**:

- Set and monitor daily/weekly/monthly team targets
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support underperforming staff
- Assist team members in client meetings and deal closures when needed
- Ensure all processes follow banking policies and compliance regulations
- Liaise with internal departments and banking partners for smooth operations
- Minimum **1 year of Team leader experience** in **credit card** or **personal loan sales** within the UAE
- Previous **team leadership or supervisory experience** is preferred
- Deep understanding of **UAE financial products**, sales techniques, and market trends
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and team targets
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join in **Abu Dhabi**
