Maintain detailed and organized client records and follow up on leads regularly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven sales experience within the banking or financial services sector is preferred. Strong understanding of financial products, loan processing, and credit card marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to analyze financial data and understand credit risk management. Results‑driven individual with a proactive approach and strong negotiation skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is highly desirable.
