HR Recruiter

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our fitout company. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources activities within the organization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support our company's growth, maintain a positive work culture, and attract and retain top talent. Your focus will be on creating an environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated to contribute to the success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

- Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary orientation, and facilitating their integration into the company.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the offboarding process.
- Performance Management:Design and implement performance management systems to measure employee performance, set goals, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:Create and execute engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee surveys to assess engagement levels and gather feedback on company culture and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain top-performing employees and reduce turnover.

HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs across the organization and develop training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide ongoing training opportunities for professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Collaborate with the finance team to design competitive and attractive compensation and benefits packages for employees.
- Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive in the market.

Employee Relations:

- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote open communication and a harmonious work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the construction, fitout, or related industry.
- Currently based in Dubai or have worked in the UAE from the past
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- A strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results.

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
