*Job Description:*

*Responsibilities:*
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and procedures
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
