We are Hiring

We are looking for an HR Recruiter for one of our reputed client in Dubai.

Responsibilities;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Assists the HR team in maintaining the Timesheets & preparation of Payroll.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements;
- **2 - 4** years of proven experience as a recruiter.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and reporting skills, maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
