**Job description**

**Position**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Dubai, UAE

As a Sales Executive at Dakos Technical Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and generating new business for our facility management and interior fit-out renovation services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new client opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for building maintenance services and fit-out projects
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with accurate service information.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years proven experience in sales, preferably in the building maintenance or related industry.
- Technical Knowledge: A background in facility management or a related technical field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the local market and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the Dubai market and business practices
- **UAE driving license is mandatory.**
