**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a hands-on operations manager to lead a growing team of electronic engineers in a Tech Robotics company who has expertise in project management and follow up with the planning, execution, and evaluation of its current and future projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning project and operations timelines.
- Resource allocation for projects.
- Following up with clients on project execution and milestones.
- Creating retrospective reports upon project completion.
- Modifying and developing company’s standard operating procedures.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in an engineering firm.
- Relevant engineering background.
- Experience in managing engineering teams.
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills, as well as experience interfacing with customers.
- Assertive and proactive personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions within budgetary constraints.

**Preferences**:

- Any prior experience in the marine industry would be a plus.
- Prior experience in the defense industry would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Arabic would be a plus.
- Driving license.
- Currently living in the UAE.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
