We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Engineer, you will be responsible for managing our company's supply of products and services essential for our operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure our organization's procurement activities are conducted in adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a steady supply of quality goods and services at competitive prices. **Responsibilities**: - Source and procure goods and services required for operations. - Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. - Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers. - Monitor and analyse market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings. - Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. - Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs. - Resolve issues and disputes with vendors and suppliers. - Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in procurement. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Procurement Engineer or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market. - Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in MS Office. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Mechanical Engineer or a related field. - Certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM). **Language proficiency** - English - Hindi **Benefits**: [Include information about benefits such as health insurance, accommodation etc.] Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
