**Job Title: Procurement Officer**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Negotiation**: Identify potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and secure advantageous terms for procurement of materials and services.
- **Vendor Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality products.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- **Compliance**: Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
- **Project Support**: Collaborate with project teams to understand and fulfill material requirements within specified timelines.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the procurement process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Procurement Officer in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
