**Job Title: Procurement Officer**

**location : Ras alkhaima**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Receive Purchase Requests**:

- Receive and process purchase requests from relevant departments.

2. **Send Requests for Quotations to Suppliers and Contractors**:

- Prepare and send requests for quotations to suppliers and contractors.

3. **Create Price Comparison Model**:

- Prepare a price comparison model to evaluate and compare received quotations.

4. **Negotiate with Suppliers and Contractors**:

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and supply arrangements with suppliers and contractors.

5. **Create Purchase Orders and Contracts via the System**:

- Generate purchase orders and contracts using the approved electronic system.

6. **Monitor the Supply of Required Materials**:

- Track the supply of materials and ensure timely receipt.

7. **Supplier Record Management**:

- Effectively handle suppliers and regularly update the supplier records.

8. **Submit Reports**:

- Prepare and submit required reports to the procurement management.

9. **Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure optimal value.

10. **Perform Additional Tasks**:

- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Time management, vendor management, negotiation, to be organized.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the contracting field is preferred, with knowledge of spare parts for trucks, equipment, and factories.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
