Affiliate and Partnership Marketing Manager

The Affiliate and Partnership Marketing Manager will drive the growth and performance of our affiliate and partnership marketing programs. This role aims to develop strategic relationships with affiliates, partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry players, including digital assets exchanges, wallet providers, blockchain platforms, media affiliates, and influencers Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to explore partnership opportunities and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and enhancements based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the digital assets space.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to onboard new clients, including institutional investors and retail traders, through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
- Maintain and enhance existing affiliates relationships, ensuring their performance aligns with business goals.
- Provide timely, satisfactory, and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to affiliates and users, proactively liaising with internal teams to deliver improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, particularly within local markets in Turkey and/or MENA.
- Research emerging blockchain trends and recommend new company offerings to meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and within the blockchain influencer community to leverage these insights for business development.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in digital assets or blockchain in local markets, with established relationships or knowledge of influential figures in the ecosystem.
- Track record in business development or sales, with proven leadership and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about the world of digital assets; self-driven and result-oriented, with a focus on achieving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales figures and write comprehensive reports.
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and preferably one or more local languages, preferrably Turkish.
- Tech Stack: Working with MMPs, for example, Adjust or AppsFlyer; Tune; Mixpanel or other affiliate tracking tools
