As an Affiliate Marketing Manager with 3-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing strategy to drive affiliate acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, i-gaming specialists, and external partners to ensure the success of our affiliate program.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring regular communication, support, and performance optimization.

2.Identify and recruit new high-potential affiliates and partnerships within the i-gaming industry, expanding our network strategically.

3.Develop and execute innovative affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to increase affiliate engagement and conversion rates.

4.Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, assets, and tools that enhance affiliate marketing efforts.

6.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the i-gaming sector to adapt strategies accordingly.

7.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation in the affiliate program.

8.Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commission structures, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

9.Provide regular reporting on affiliate program performance, KPIs, and ROI to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2.3-4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on performance-driven strategies.

3.Strong understanding of the i-gaming industry and its unique challenges and opportunities (i-gaming experience is a strong plus).

4.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

5.Proficiency in affiliate marketing tracking tools, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.

6.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

7.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies and campaigns.

8.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

9.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

10.Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry best practices.

Good-to-Have:
1.Previous experience in the i-gaming industry, understanding of casino games, sports betting, and related products.

2.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing as they relate to affiliate marketing efforts.

3.Experience working with affiliate marketing networks and platforms.

4.Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
