**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Fit-Out / Architectural Projects

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
- **Lead Generation & Business Development**: Generate leads, explore new project opportunities, and follow up on potential business across the UAE.
- **Client Meetings & Presentations**: Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the design and estimation teams.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- **Market Knowledge**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management, highlighting opportunities and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the fit-out or architectural industry in the UAE.
- **UAE Driver’s License**: Valid UAE Driver’s License and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE for client meetings and site visits.
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in outdoor sales and business development, particularly in the fit-out or architectural sectors.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, design concepts, and project cycles.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
