**Job description**

**Job Title**: Shisha Maker

The Shisha Maker is responsible for preparing and serving shisha/hookah to customers. This includes cleaning and setting up the shisha, selecting and packing the tobacco, and ensuring the quality of smoke. The Shisha Maker also ensures compliance with safety and hygiene standards and provides excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and assemble shisha pipes.

Select and pack tobacco and flavorings.

Ensure the quality and smoothness of smoke.

Clean and maintain shisha equipment.

Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.

Engage with customers and provide assistance.

**Language Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
