Position Summary

The Shisha Maker is responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving high-quality shisha to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to hygiene, and excellent customer service skills. The Shisha Maker works closely with the service team to meet guest preferences and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shisha Preparation & Service

· Prepare, assemble, and serve shisha using a variety of flavors and equipment.

· Advise guests on shisha flavors and make recommendations based on their preferences.

· Set up and manage shisha sessions, ensuring proper heat management and smooth operation.

· Monitor and maintain shisha quality throughout the guest's experience, replacing coals and refreshing as needed.

Guest Interaction & Sales

· Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service.

· Promote and upsell shisha products to maximize sales.

· Answer guest questions about shisha and related products confidently.

Hygiene & Safety

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for all shisha equipment and work areas.

· Follow all health and safety regulations related to shisha preparation and service.

· Ensure proper storage, cleaning, and maintenance of shisha pipes and accessories.

Teamwork & Operations

· Work closely with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service.

· Communicate guest preferences and feedback to the team.

· Assist with inventory checks and report shortages or equipment issues.

General Duties

· Arrive punctually in full uniform and maintain a neat appearance.

· Follow all company policies and procedures.

· Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
