One Broker Group’s Holiday Homes division requires a **Holiday Homes Manager.**

We are urgently hiring a Holiday Homes Manager, who will be responsible to attract new property owners, and bookings and is an expert in determining opportunities for business growth. He/she will analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networks alongside running the day-to-day operations of the business.

You will be responsible for adding properties to our portfolio by actively looking for new supplies through research, leads development, negotiation, and contract closure.

One Broker Group is about to hand over an exclusive Dubai Marina building that will require 10-30 short-term rentals per month.
- On-boarding - knowing what is necessary in terms of documents, furnishing, (DTCM) requirements and knowledge is essential.
- Visit properties and evaluate the properties, refer businesses to our interior design division.
- Have a strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, good locations, and how to value properties for short-term rental.
- Self-motivated to find new property owners and guests for the properties and overall growth of the company.
- Sales experience - actively and positively looking for new properties, and potential guests and comfortable with negotiation.
- Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
- Marketing skills: Think creatively and work with our in-house marketing team to build the Rich Stay brand.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in the Holiday Homes market is a must.
- Flexible - be online and attentive, even after office hours.
- Self-initiative: find your way to attract homeowners and clients for the home.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented - the willingness to close deals and go on and beyond to reach the goal and target.
- Have knowledge about the real estate market
- Onboarding properties experience
- Fluent in English.
- Well-organized and can-do attitude.
- Driving license.
