Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Dubai for an Account Manager – Holiday Homes. The Account Manager will oversee day‑to‑day management of holiday home properties, coordinating with homeowners, guests, and service providers to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct property inspections and manage bookings. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Analyze property performance and ensure compliance with regulations. Develop strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates. Work independently and handle emergencies effectively. Qualifications Experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using property management software and tools. Knowledge of Dubai’s short‑term rental regulations and market trends. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Experience with luxury properties and high‑end clientele is a plus.
