We are seeking skilled **Structural Metal Installers / Erectors** to join our installation team for high-end architectural metal projects across the UAE and GCC. The role involves assembling, erecting, and installing fabricated metal structures such as façades, canopies, pergolas, balustrades, staircases, and decorative metalwork at site in accordance with engineering drawings and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and site layout plans.
- Erect, align, and assemble metal components (beams, columns, frames, panels, brackets, louvers, etc.) using cranes, hoists, and hand tools.
- Install stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel structures, including cladding and decorative assemblies.
- Ensure all connections, welding, and bolting are carried out accurately and safely.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to execute work as per schedule.
- Inspect installations for alignment, level, and finish quality before handover.
- Follow company and site safety procedures (harness, scaffolding, lifting gear, etc.).
- Assist in site measurements, marking, and adjustment of prefabricated elements.
- Report material shortages, installation challenges, or deviations from drawings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) as **Metal Installer / Erector / Fabricator** in construction or metalwork industry.
- Strong knowledge of **steel, aluminium, and stainless-steel fabrication and installation.**:

- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and take site measurements.
- Familiarity with **façade systems, handrails, staircases, canopies, pergolas**, or similar structural installations.
- Physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work at heights.
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
