Position Overview: As part of our Design Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions for complex projects. Your responsibilities will include: Delivery of quality 2D and 3D drawings. Timely completion of all allocated projects. Create concept, and production drawings according to the client’s requirement. Undertaking site surveys, both onshore and offshore. Meeting the clients, and clearly understanding expectations. Taking sufficient detailed and concise information for accurate drawing and reporting preparation. Create detailed follow-up report with analysis, drawings, and information necessary for the client. Preparation Material Take-Off lists (BOM’s) for tender evaluations, and ensure scope is in accordance with drawings produced. Ensure all relevant standards, and techniques are in line with the 3CMME framework. Assist in updating databases, files of specifications, standards, and drawing tools. Review rough sketches, drawings, and other data to ensure that they comply with design concepts. Assisting and guiding junior draftsmen. Profile We seek the ideal candidate profile with: Educational Background : - Technical degree or bachelor’s in marine, mechanical, structural engineering or equivalent is mandatory. -Up to 3 years of experience in the field of design and drafting - Autodesk Invertor & AutoCAD.2D are mandatory. -Offshore Experience: Proven experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas sector is a must -Engineering Acumen: Solid understanding of technical requirements in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on industry standards, best practices, and safety protocols. -Fabrication Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication, specifically related to structural components Diversity & Inclusion 3C Metal is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity.
