Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Regional Logistics Manager, METL & NARUCIS will make an impact:
A highly critical and visible supply chain role that will oversee Regional Logistics processes. This is a hands-on position responsible for developing and executing logistics, customs and international trade activities aligned with global, regional and local customs and trade regulations and company policies as well as leading various continuous improvement and supply chain projects like supply network and distribution optimization, serialization and coordination of supply chain metrics and other reporting requirements for the region.

- Global Logistics and Sourcing teams
- Local Supply Chain teams
- Operational Compliance Subject Matter Experts
- Global Trade, Compliance and Legal teams
- Commercial business leaders
- Finance, GIS, Tax and Transfer Pricing teams
- Global Master Data Management teams
- Regulatory and Quality teams
- Customs Brokers and other Logistics Service Providers (LSP)
- Customs and other Government Authorities as required
- Other internal & external stakeholders as required

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Trade and Customs Compliance
- Project Management
- Metrics and Reporting
- Operational Excellence

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- 5+ years of experience in similar roles in supply chain in a multinational organization and/ or pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is required
- Bachelor’s degree required - preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, International Trade, Supply Chain or Logistics Management
- Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs, International Trade qualification preferred
- Strong ERP system knowledge - experience in SAP or Rapid Response is preferred
- Incumbent must be fluent both written and verbally in English

Essential Personal Qualifications
- Strong supply chain management skills including: customs, import/export, LSP management, master data, metrics, reporting and analytics.
- Business Acumen - is knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry and customs / trade processes and regulations, and key factors to business success.
- Proven ability to work in a complex matrix organization with issue resolution skills.
- Project Management skills - to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Communication & Influence - strong interpersonal skills required to interact with various levels of management to deliver required outcomes.
- Strong data analysis and PC skills are required
- Highly motivated and accountable individual with continuous improvement mindset.
