1. Monitor and supervise piping and structural construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

2. Oversee construction, modularization, and related activities, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule guidelines.

3. Review project scope, schedules, and specifications to understand requirements and deliverables, and actively work towards achieving project targets.

4. Analyze subcontractors' four-week look-ahead plans and constructability drawings to identify potential constraints (e.g., material, manpower, equipment).

5. Monitor and report modularization progress and key concerns to the yard management team (Yard Manager, Field Engineering Managers, Field Engineers), including tracking man-hours and productivity.

6 Coordinate daily yard/site activities across disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Coating) and resolve inter-subcontractor issues.

7. Actively participate in contractor work activities, reviewing construction/modularization steps and suggesting improvements based on company best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

8. Monitor scope changes and revision orders, collaborating with contractors to prevent unnecessary re-works or additional claims.

9. Ensure subcontractors adhere to work procedures; deviations from agreed E&C and Project procedures must be questioned and reported to the Yard Manager.
10. In terms of Quality, to participate actively in the correspondent inspections assigned to He/ She in the ITP- Inspection Test Plan, thorough the correspondent RFI - Request For Inspection Process

11. Coordinate, organize, direct, and participate in yard/site inspections, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations, and other relevant activities.

12. In terms of HSE, to support the Yard Manager implementing the E&C policy - _modular yard direct man-hours will not be included in E&C/AL safety statistics. Therefore, HSE management relying on Modular Yard Organization and E&C supervision team limited basically to i) gap analysis and ii) audit the modular fabrication. _

13. Conduct walkthroughs with yard contractors to verify job completeness and issue punch lists for pending work.

14 Interpret and implement standard installation procedures for specialized fittings (e.g., pressure safety valves, actuator valves, temperature and pressure instruments), ensuring no variations.

15. Participate in preparing test packages and Work Pack deliverables in accordance with the Work Pack Index.

16. Participate in and coordinate pre-commissioning activities, providing suggestions to the yard team and ensuring work progression aligns with agreed procedures.

17. Provide technical support and collaborate with the pre-commissioning team throughout all pre-commissioning activities.

18. Record, track, and close out all assigned Punch List items during the project handover phase.

19. Coordinate project activities for final inspection, punch list closure, and release to commissioning, ensuring all relevant quality documentation, testing, and inspection results are properly handed over.

20. Coordinate material movements within the yard. Support the Material Preservation team on initiatives for preserving raw materials, loose items shipped to site, and the modules (e.g., sea fastening, packing, positive preservation).
