**Position overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Manage and lead construction teams, providing direction and support to achieve project goals.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and efficiency, ensuring that materials and workmanship meet specified standards.
- Oversee the procurement and supply of materials needed for the project, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory management.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any changes; report to project management.
- Identify and address any potential issues or delays on-site, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with project specifications.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.**
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
- Experience in material procurement and supply chain management.
- **Valid driver's license is required.**
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
