We are supporting a confidential search for an
MEP Supervisor
to join a master developer in Ras Al Khaimah.

This role is suited to a
hands-on, site-based professional
with strong experience supervising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across site activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day
    MEP site activities
    across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
  • Coordinate contractors and technicians to ensure work is delivered to specification
  • Monitor installation quality, progress, and safety standards on site
  • Identify and resolve MEP issues promptly to avoid delays or rework
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site procedures
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities

Experience & Background

  • Proven experience as an
    MEP Supervisor or Foreman
    on construction sites
  • Strong practical knowledge of
    HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
  • Experience supervising contractors and enforcing site discipline
  • Safety-conscious and comfortable working in fast-paced site environments
