Executive Secretary

We are looking for an Executive Secretary who can provide high-level administrative support and clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate department or take messages.
- Attend meetings to record minutes.
- Maintains a comprehensive calendar and appointments.
- Conduct research, compile data and prepare presentations for executives, committees and board of directors.
- File and retrieve corporate documents and reports.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Make travel arrangements
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Perform general duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role
- Pleasing personality
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Good organizational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
