**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties**:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support HR with documentation, leave tracking, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

**Accounting Duties**:

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice preparation and follow-ups.
- Maintain petty cash and reconcile monthly statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support the external accountant/auditor with required documentation.
- Manage payroll calculations and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with VAT filing and other financial regulations.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in office administration and basic accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
