Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team at Infinity Fitness. As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fitness center, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of fitness instructors and trainers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the fitness center in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of fitness instructors, trainers, and other staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to all members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providing guidance, support, and personalized fitness programs to help them achieve their goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of fitness staff, providing coaching, feedback, and training as necessary to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate and schedule fitness classes, programs, and events, ensuring their smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain and update fitness equipment and facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in optimal working condition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices, integrating new techniques and approaches into fitness programs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote fitness services, attract new members, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Prepare and manage the fitness center's budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitness management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and staff.
- In-depth knowledge of fitness principles, training techniques, and equipment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction is a plus.
- Proficient in using fitness software and technology for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
