The Joinery / Interior Fit-Out / Factory Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the joinery and interior fit-out manufacturing facility. This includes overseeing production, managing workforce schedules, ensuring high standards of quality control, and coordinating with project managers and site teams to meet deadlines and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Production & Operations Management:

- Plan and monitor the daily manufacturing schedule to meet project timelines.
- Supervise all joinery and interior fit-out works from raw material procurement to final delivery.
- Ensure optimal usage of materials, manpower, and machinery.

Team & Resource Management:

- Lead a team of carpenters, machine operators, technicians, and other factory staff.
- Allocate tasks based on expertise and project requirements.
- Organize regular training and development for workers.

Quality Control & Assurance:

- Enforce strict quality control standards for all factory output.
- Monitor product finishing, edge banding, lamination, veneer, painting, etc.
- Inspect incoming materials and final products for compliance with specifications.

Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site engineers.
- Translate design drawings and specifications into production plans.
- Coordinate logistics for the delivery and installation of products.

Health & Safety Compliance:

- Implement and monitor health and safety policies in the factory.
- Ensure all workers comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Inventory & Cost Control:

- Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor production costs and work towards budget efficiency.
- Suggest improvements in procurement or processes to reduce costs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Wood Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in joinery or interior fit-out industry, with at least 2 years in a factory or production management role.
- Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of woodworking machinery (CNC, edge banding, panel saws).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, production planning software, and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills:

- Leadership and people management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines.

Work Environment:

- Based in the factory but requires regular coordination with site and office teams.
- May require site visits for installation supervision or client meetings.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
