**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver a well-rounded curriculum based on the EYFS and Montessori principles, ensuring a balanced focus on academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and assessments tailored to individual children's needs and learning styles.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication channels to support the overall well-being of each child.
- Monitor and document children's progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for assessments and reporting to parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational team.
- Integrate technology and other educational tools effectively into the learning environment.
- Write comprehensive reports on children's progress and development.
- Develop and execute weekly lesson plans, incorporating diverse and interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare and distribute weekly letters to parents, keeping them informed about classroom activities and learning objectives.
- Organize and conduct regular parent meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain regular working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an EYFS and/or Montessori Nursery Teacher.
- Cache Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Early Years Education.
- A strong understanding of the principles and practices of both EYFS and Montessori education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Knowledge of child development, behavior management, and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the children and the nursery.
