About the Role
Children's House Montessori, Shakhbout City, is seeking a qualified and experienced Arabic Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team. The successful candidate must be a certified Early Years Educator and a native Arabic speaker. She will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the Arabic curriculum to all children enrolled at CHM, Shakhbout City.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Arabic lessons tailored to early years learners, incorporating Montessori principles where appropriate.
Collaborate on curriculum development to ensure alignment with EYFS and Montessori frameworks.
Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and scheduled meetings.
Record observations of children using the nursery's electronic system.
Provide timely feedback to parents and include Arabic comments in written reports twice per year.
Attend Parent–Teacher Conferences each term.
Represent the nursery at community events and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and electronic documentation.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of special events, camps, and enrichment activities.
Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 or a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (required).
Minimum of two years' experience teaching Arabic in an early years setting.
Strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy and the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written English and Arabic.
Experience in electronic record-keeping.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
