**Job Title**: Design Manager - Aluminum & Façade
**Location**: United Arab Emirates

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor the façade design team across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency
- Review, approve, and validate technical drawings and design submissions, providing expert technical input
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and contractors to seamlessly integrate façade systems with architectural and structural frameworks
- Facilitate design coordination meetings and actively address client and consultant requirements
- Support project execution teams by providing timely technical guidance and troubleshooting design challenges
- Oversee the preparation and standardization of shop drawings, fabrication details, and installation plans
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new materials, systems, and design approaches
- Continuously improve design workflows to enhance quality, reduce costs, and optimize project delivery
- Foster a culture of professional development by coaching junior designers and encouraging knowledge sharing
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and design libraries to support ongoing projects and future initiatives

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in façade and aluminum system design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven expertise in delivering façade solutions for high-rise, commercial, or landmark projects
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or comparable 3D modeling/design software
- Deep understanding of structural principles, thermal performance, and materials specific to façade systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
