**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**
- Supervise and mentor the design team preparing shop drawings, fabrication details, and project documentation.

**Design Oversight**
- Interpret architectural and structural inputs to develop **cost-effective, compliant, and innovative façade designs**.

**Client & Consultant Coordination**
- Liaise with **architects, consultants, and contractors** to secure timely approvals and resolve technical queries.

**Regulatory Adherence**
- Ensure all designs align with **UAE building codes**, municipal regulations, and global façade engineering best practices.

**Material & System Specification**
- Select materials and systems based on performance, durability, visual appeal, and project budget.

**Value Engineering**
- Recommend design alternatives that reduce cost and complexity while maintaining performance and aesthetics.

**Project Documentation**
- Manage design version control, revisions, and full technical documentation workflows.

**Resource Planning**
- Assign tasks and manage team workload to meet internal and external design submission deadlines.

**Tender & Conceptual Support**
- Provide façade design support for bids and proposals including concept sketches and technical input.

**Site & Mock-Up Involvement**
- Attend site visits and mock-up inspections to ensure that execution aligns with the approved design intent.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture**, **Civil Engineering**, or related discipline (mandatory)
- Postgraduate degree or certification in **Façade Engineering** (preferred)

**Experience**
- 8-10 years of façade design experience, with at least 3 years in a **leadership or managerial role**:

- Strong portfolio of façade projects completed in the **UAE**, showcasing coordination with authorities and consultants

**Technical Skills**
- Expertise in façade systems including:

- **Curtain Walls**:

- **Unitized & Stick Systems**:

- **Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP)**:

- **Spider Glazing**:

- **Thermal Insulation & Rainscreen Cladding**:

- Software proficiency in:

- **AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino**:

- Tools like **Tekla Structures**, **STAAD Pro**, or other façade-specific design software

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
