**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the entire design process for swimming pool and landscape projects from concept to final drawings.
- Develop creative and functional design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and budget.
- Prepare **2D drawings, 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation layouts** for client approval.
- Review and finalize **architectural, structural, and MEP drawings** related to pool and landscape design.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, plants, and equipment aligned with project specifications and aesthetic standards.
- Manage revisions and design changes efficiently and maintain updated documentation.
- Attend client meetings and presentations to discuss design ideas and progress.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, technical standards, and safety codes.
- Oversee junior designers and guide them in achieving high-quality deliverables.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering** (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum **5-8 years of design experience** in **swimming pool and landscape projects** within the UAE or GCC.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.**:

- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and functionality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of **materials, lighting, irrigation, and MEP coordination** for landscape and pool systems.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
