**About the Company**:
We are a fast-growing interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Our team is passionate about delivering premium interior spaces that combine creativity, quality, and functionality. We are currently looking for a **Site Supervisor - Interior Works** to manage our ongoing and upcoming projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out projects including joinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, painting, flooring, and finishes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings and project plans on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports and progress updates.
- Handle site-level decision-making and resolve technical issues on the ground.
- Manage site resources including labor, tools, and materials efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor for interior fit-out projects in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of interior detailing, fit-out methods, and finishing materials.
- Familiarity with Dubai regulations, municipality approvals, and site safety protocols.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using project documentation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Ability to join immediately or within short notice is a plus.
